Anna Korol is a Registered Denturist in Ontario. Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and how we protect it. As a health care practitioner, we follow Ontario’s Personal Health Information Protection Act (PHIPA).

What we collect

When you contact us through our website, by phone, or through a form on Facebook or Instagram, we may collect:

• Your name, phone number and email address
• Your answers to our form questions (for example, the type of denture service you are interested in, how you plan to pay, and the best time to call you)

When you become a patient, we collect the health and insurance information needed to provide your care and bill your coverage.

Why we collect it

We use your information only to:

• Call or message you about the consultation you asked for
• Book and manage your appointments
• Check your coverage (such as the Canadian Dental Care Plan or private insurance) with your permission
• Provide and document your denture care, as required by law and by the College of Denturists of Ontario

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only when needed to provide your care or when the law requires it, for example:

• With your insurer or the Canadian Dental Care Plan administrator, to process claims you have agreed to
• With the dental laboratory that makes your denture (only the information needed to make it)

If you reach us through a Facebook or Instagram form, Meta also handles that information under its own Data Policy.

How we protect it

We keep your information in secure, password-protected systems and limit access to people who need it to serve you. Patient records are kept for the period required by Ontario law and then destroyed securely.

About this website

This website uses PostHog, an analytics service, to count visits and see which parts of the site people find useful. It records pages viewed, buttons clicked, and a replay of how visitors move through the page. It is set up so that no cookies are stored on your device and no personal details are collected — we cannot identify you from it. If you prefer not to be included, most browsers and ad blockers can block analytics scripts.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us at any time to:

• Stop contacting you
• See or correct the personal information we hold about you
• Withdraw your consent to a use of your information (subject to legal requirements)
